Definition

The Real Reward has created a Loyalty Program that allows customers to access it by mobile phones, it is called: (The Real Reward).

Loyalty Program A loyalty program was created to help retailers or businesses retain customers and encourage customers to buy again and again, offering points that can be used to settle goods purchases.
The Real Reward Mobile App The Real Reward offers a mobile application available for download from the App Store or Google Play. Users can utilize mobile payment functions within the app to pay for purchases at partner stores or businesses by scanning a QR code.
Points Points are rewards offered by businesses through The Real Reward App. Users can redeem these points according to the settings in the app for various purchases.
Personal Information Personal Information refers to the data provided by users for The Real Reward, including but not limited to name, ID card number, passport number, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
Service Fairs

The main functions of The Real Reward App include:

  • To provide the company’s customer services to sign up for membership
  • To check the point balance
  • To transfer the points
  • To check the remaining points
  • To check the points that are about to expire
  • To manage the points in various ways
  • To contact
  • To modify personal data, including point information in other partner brands
  • To check on discounts and collaborating brands
  • To check the details of all transactions
Condition of Use

Users/members shall read and study the terms and conditions of use in detail. You are acknowledged to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of use in the App, including providing the necessary information to The Real Reward before logging in and accessing The Real Reward App, and you acknowledge that you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. The Real Reward reserves all rights to change, modify, supplement, or delete any part of the terms and conditions of use at any time and any of these changes shall be valid immediately after posting on this website.

I intend to apply for the App, reading the terms and conditions and acknowledging the following principles:

  • The applicant can sign up for the App, providing information as specified by the company such as phone number, e-mail, surname and given name, and date of birth, and users is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of use.
  • The applicant shall confirm the use only 01 (one) time through a six-digit password (OTP) that we send to users via the phone number or email specified by the applicant in applying for membership, which the applicant is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of use.
  • Any user who wishes to sign up for membership shall register by providing personal information specified by the company, including the approval of the company to become a member, users is obliged to comply with the principles, including the terms and conditions of use.
  • Users/members please confirm that all information provided to the company in the App is accurate and full, including standard information for users and detailed information for members to use at any time, and agree that the personal phone number or email will be used for access to the App, points savings and is not limited to communication only.
  • Users/members agree and acknowledge that the company does not guarantee the fullness of the content contained in the App, which indicates that there are no viruses or otherwise that can cause problems for your device.
  • Members agree and acknowledge that before operating any operation in the App, members shall check the Name, Member ID and Points displayed on the App, the App will send a message to the address specified in the Personal Information after you conduct any operation.
    Members agree to review the terms and conditions regarding interest, and point exchange rates, including participation in various programs displayed on the App before accepting the benefits and participating in those programs through the App.
  • Users/members using the App every day are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions and principles or others, which may be amended or changed and are fully launched, and users agree to comply with the aforesaid terms and conditions in all articles without prior notice.
  • Users/members agree to allow the company to collect, merge, use, disclose or transfer personal information abroad as well as manage the data at users’s discretion under the privacy principles in accordance with the Personal Data Management Act which users can further study in the privacy principles https://therialcard.com.kh.
  • While using the App, there may be any pop-up ads and link to a third party’s website, including not limited to the link to the App of the company’s website in related affiliates which are business partners with companies and/or other companies that are under the terms and conditions of use of data by the third party’s App or website, which is not considered as part of the company’s application and is not under the responsibility of the company; however, if users/members click on the link to the App or website and even exits the company’s application and confirms the exit process, it shall be considered that users/members agree to operate at their own risk, the company is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability of the data that the App or website owned by the third party. The Company rejects all responsibilities for any loss incurred by any user/member in any third party’s App or website by displaying pop-up ads that are not considered our acknowledgment or recommendation.
  • In case of any logical reason, the company may suspend / or stop the use of services, including changes in advertising support through the App without public announcement or prior notice.
  • When checking the points, the displayed points are the points that arise from purchasing items, paying, including participating in other special programs organized by the company, you can check their daily points in the App in person.
  • Points that are transferred through the App will be calculated and deducted from the remaining points immediately.
  • To redeem the App points, the company will not notify via email, members can access and check their points in the transaction history in the App directly or by any means that the company will determine later.
    Once members confirm the redemption of points or transfer points in the App, members cannot request retrieval of those points.
  • In case of a redemption of points from 1,000 (one thousand) points, you will be notified via message to your mobile device, in case you do not operate by yourself, please contact the company by means of communication specified within 7 (seven) days. In case of expiration or any problem that needs to be resolved, including clarification from the company, the company’s decision is final without any protest.
  • In case of a dispute in relation to the points, members agree and acknowledge that the company has the power to monitor and change the retrospective point no later than (06) months, including the resolution of the dispute or/conflict by the company’s decision as a final decision to terminate that dispute.
  • Points redeemed or transferred will always be deducted from the savings points that are about to expire.
    Points are valid for 1 (one) year from the occurrence of points (for the points arising from participating in various special programs) and will be calculated according to the last calendar of each year.
  • Points arising from different special programs will have different expiration dates as determined by the company for points earned on special days (birthdays will expire on the 01st of the following month in case it is not used).
  • Points arising from any goods or product purchase orders, including points arising from direct purchase orders will not be used to calculate the expiration date.
  • The company does not support the sale-purchase of points between individuals in this App. In case of sale-purchase, the points will not be calculated as savings points to redeem for any special benefits or goods, the Company hereby rejects and is not responsible for any such activity.
  • The benefits that the company provides to members may vary depending on the history of the transaction, purchase, and promotion according to the principles stated by the company.
  • If members deliver the product purchased in any special program to the company, the company will deduct the points earned from the invoice as well as other gifts that are redeemed from the points.
Member Registration
  • For member registration, users can sign up by providing the information specified by the company correctly and fully and confirming their identity for the company to approve membership, users are obliged to comply with the principles and conditions set by the company. After you have been approved by the company, you will be granted membership status, including receiving benefits such as savings points and benefits for other members.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate membership if there is no point for savings, redeeming, or transferring within 1 (one) year and there is no point balance in the account.
  • The applicant agrees to allow The Real Reward to scan an ID card/passport and other tools to download the necessary data to be used to identify a member.
  • The applicant agrees to accept the terms and conditions of membership launched during the use of the App and in the future in case of a change.
  • The applicant guarantees that all the information provided for the company in this membership registration is fully accurate, especially the phone number or e-mail being used.
  • The applicant shall not be under 10 (ten) years old and not mentally ill or unqualified in any circumstance.
  • The applicant with Khmer nationality must register using only Khmer Identity Card.
  • The applicant who is a foreigner must use the passport number only.
  • In case of a dispute, such as savings points or a member who does not comply with any of the terms and/or principles, the Company has the power to review and/or suspend the member without prior notice and the Company’s decision is final.
  • The company reserves the right not to approve or terminate membership, including changes in the terms and conditions, principles, and benefits without specifying any reason and without prior notice.
Changes in the personal information of members and users
  • For the benefit of using the App and the interests of members, users or members must constantly update their personal information properly.
  • Users may change their personal information in the App directly according to the principles and conditions set by the company.
  • To request a change in personal information such as ID card number and date of birth, the member must re-verify the identity, the App will read the number on the ID card and date of birth to confirm with the data of the Ministry of Interior.
Point Redemption and Member Promotion
Point redemption

For point redemption of The Real Reward, you need to read the following conditions:

  • The Real Reward’s 01 (one) point is equal to USD0.10 (zero point ten US dollars), which you can use in a goods store or other stores in collaboration with The Real Reward.
  • The points of The Real Reward can be redeemed for various rewards according to the time set by the company and the season, which you can redeem in the App directly or at a store that partnered in collaboration with those special programs.
  • For point redemption of the Standard Membership, you can redeem for a limited amount of USD 12.50 (twelve US dollars and fifty cents) per point redemption. For Silver Membership, you can redeem for a limited amount of USD 25 (twenty-five US dollars) per point redemption. For Gold Membership, you can redeem for a limited amount of USD 50 (fifty US dollars) per point redemption. For Platinum Membership, you can redeem for a limited amount of USD 100 (one hundred US dollars) per point redemption.
Promotion and Points Received

A member promotion can be made from saving purchase orders for each of your invoices, calculated based on the total number of invoices.

  • Standard Membership has a saving purchase order of USD100 (one hundred US dollars) and for every payment per invoice from/or equal to USD2 (two US dollars), you will receive a 01 (one) reward point into the account immediately.
  • Silver Membership has a total purchase order of USD250 (two hundred and fifty US dollars) and for every payment per invoice from/or equal to USD2 (two US dollars), you will receive a 1.5 (one point five) reward point into the account immediately.
  • Gold Membership has a saving purchase order of USD 1,000 (one thousand US dollars) or more and for every payment per invoice from/or equal to USD2 (two US dollars), you will receive 2 (two) reward points into the account immediately.
  • Platinum Membership has a saving purchase order of USD 3,000 (three thousand US dollars) or more and for every payment per invoice from/or equal to USD2 (two US dollars), you will receive 03 (three) reward points into the account immediately.
  • The position of all members will be calculated on the day that the full amount is paid and expires in 1 year from the date of receiving the position. In case of having no savings points or purchase order, the company can have the right to terminate membership or delete the data from the system within 02 years.
Retention of Member Position in Each Level
  • Silver Membership: to retain this silver membership, you shall have at least 150 (one hundred and fifty) transaction points in the following year to retain your membership level.
  • Gold Membership: to retain this gold membership, you shall have at least 600 (six hundred) transaction points in the following year to retain your membership level.
  • Platinum Membership: to retain this platinum membership, you shall have at least 1,800 (one thousand eight hundred) transaction points in the following year to retain your membership level.
Privacy Principles

Any person who uses this website agrees to accept his/her rights and obligations in accordance with our Privacy Principles set forth in the terms and conditions of use.

Modification

We reserve the right to change or amend or delete any conditions in the future at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. If there is a dispute, controversy, or in connection with the implementation of these terms and conditions of use, the parties shall resolve it through a peaceful negotiation. If such a dispute cannot be peacefully resolved, the parties can forward it to the court of competent jurisdiction of Cambodia for resolution.

Miscellaneous
  • The terms and conditions of use that we post on or in connection with this website constitute an agreement, our failure to exercise any rights or provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or provisions.
  • The terms and conditions of use shall be fully implemented to the extent permitted by law and we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure caused by any reason beyond our control.
  • If any provision or part of these terms and conditions of use is considered contrary to the law, that provision or part shall be null and void and shall not affect the validity and effect of other provisions.
